Becoming a Vendor
Limited outdoor space available, Craft NB juried members are invited to register! This one day event is an excellent opportunity for craftspeople to breakout of their studios and share their work with the cultural community.
The Craft NB Summer Fest is an awesome chance for new craft members to enter into a high-quality festival market scene. It’s a quick and easy, low commitment opportunity for you to take advantage of! Please note that you must be a 2021 Craft NB Juried Member to purchase a booth!
Information regarding booth amenities & layout
DEADLINE TO PURCHASE SPACE: JUNE 14TH at 11:45PM! But space is limited, so we suggest registering NOW to save your spot!
Set up will be on Saturday morning, and will begin at 6:30am.
Please note that vendors MUST provide their own tents, tables, displays and chairs. No pipe and drape will be provided.
It does get windy so please come prepared to weigh down/tie/secure your tents! Large, filled plastic water jugs are a great way to do this. We recommend vendors use their own cellular data. There is no WIFI available. There will be a porta potty installed on site.

We would love to have live demos! If you’d like to do a demo at your booth during Summer Fest, get in touch! You’ll be promoted through our social media platforms in the weeks leading up to the event with links to your website and social media.

Craft NB Festival Booth Cancellation Policy
If cancellation occurs at least thirty (30) days before the festival, Craft NB will retain $50 and the remaining balance will be returned to the member. If cancellation occurs within thirty (30) days before the festival, the full payment is retained by Craft NB. A full refund will be given only in cases of stated emergencies (hospitalization, death in family, etc.). If the Craft NB Board of Directors choose to cancel the event due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, a full refund will be returned to all vendors.
